  • 10 years of experience as an Executive HR leader leading the HR function across Canada for a large professional services organization

  • Significant time mentoring and coaching both developing and experienced leaders on team management and sensitive employee situations

  • A Bachelor of Business Administration, CHRP designation and Executive Education in Advanced Leadership

What I Bring to This Program 

  • 3 years as Chair/Co-Chair of the HR committee of a professional industry group, leading the professional development and learning sessions for HR and senior management leaders

  • Passion for and coursework in "human-centric leadership" topics including Mental Health Awareness, Psychological Safety and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

  • A whole lot of "real life" experience, including a breast cancer journey and experiences with depression and anxiety - all fuelling my passion for creating workplaces (and lives) where people can thrive
