3 years as Chair/Co-Chair of the HR committee of a professional industry group, leading the professional development and learning sessions for HR and senior management leaders

Passion for and coursework in "human-centric leadership" topics including Mental Health Awareness, Psychological Safety and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

A whole lot of "real life" experience, including a breast cancer journey and experiences with depression and anxiety - all fuelling my passion for creating workplaces (and lives) where people can thrive
